Ambalaj, elektronik, ila\u00e7, kimya ve g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnleri de dahil olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rde \u00f6nemli bir rol oynarlar. Plastik Filmlerde Kalsiyum Karbonat Uygulamalar\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Maliyet tasarrufunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, sertlik, rijitlik ve \u0131s\u0131 direnci gibi fiziksel \u00f6zellikleri de art\u0131rabilir. \u0130\u015fleme ve kullan\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda film b\u00fcz\u00fclmesini azaltarak boyutsal kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 iyile\u015ftirir. Ayr\u0131ca, reolojiyi geli\u015ftirerek ve yap\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6nleyici \u00f6zellikleri iyile\u015ftirerek, hatta beyazl\u0131k ve opakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rarak i\u015fleme \u00f6zelliklerini optimize edebilir. Bu filmler halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, t\u0131bbi malzemeler ve g\u0131da ambalajlar\u0131nda vazge\u00e7ilmezdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yuan Guangsheng gibi ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, g\u00f6zenek olu\u015fturucu madde olarak kalsiyum karbonat kullanarak PE nefes alabilen filmleri optimize ettiler. M\u00fckemmel alev geciktiricilik, elektrik yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, korozyon direnci ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyet gibi bir\u00e7ok avantaj sunmas\u0131, yap\u0131 malzemelerinde, profillerde ve tellerde yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak PVC, i\u015fleme s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131k g\u00f6sterir ve kullan\u0131mdan \u00f6nce darbe dayan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sertle\u015ftirilmesi gibi modifikasyonlardan ge\u00e7melidir. Is\u0131 direnci a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hem GY-716 hem de GY-716A, ticari \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden daha iyi performans g\u00f6sterdi. Opakl\u0131klar\u0131 \u0131slak i\u015flemle \u00fcretilen ultra ince kalsiyum karbonattan daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olsa da, nano kalsiyum karbonattan (CCR-1) ve \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f kalsiyum karbonattan daha iyiydi. \u00d6zellikle, GY-716A, \u0131slak i\u015flemle \u00fcretilen ultra ince \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn opakl\u0131k seviyelerine yak\u0131n seviyelere ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polipropilen (PP)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Polipropilen filmlerde kalsiyum karbonat\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131ca rolleri maliyet d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme, mekanik \u00f6zellikleri iyile\u015ftirme ve boyutsal kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmad\u0131r.<br>Lei Zubi gibi ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, \u00fc\u00e7 inorganik dolgu maddesinin (yeni bir mikro toz, talk tozu ve kalsiyum karbonat) polipropilenin mekanik \u00f6zellikleri \u00fczerindeki etkilerini kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Dolgu maddesi y\u00fcklemesi 35 phr&#039;ye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kalsiyum karbonat ile doldurulmu\u015f PP malzeme en y\u00fcksek kopma uzamas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterirken, bunu mikro toz ile doldurulmu\u015f PP izledi ve talk ile doldurulmu\u015f PP en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck de\u011feri g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalsiyum karbonat, geli\u015fmi\u015f polipropilen (PP) uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in hen\u00fcz ke\u015ffedilmemi\u015f bir potansiyel sunmaktad\u0131r. Kalsiyum karbonat cevherinin kayna\u011f\u0131, performans\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai Qing gibi ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, farkl\u0131 cevherlerden elde edilen d\u00f6rt ultra ince \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f kalsiyum karbonat\u0131 PP matrisinde test ederek bunu kan\u0131tlad\u0131lar. Sonu\u00e7lar a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131: B\u00fcy\u00fck kalsitten elde edilen kalsiyum karbonat \u00fcst\u00fcn performans g\u00f6sterdi. Y\u00fcksek beyazl\u0131k, y\u00fcksek safl\u0131k ve homojen par\u00e7ac\u0131klara sahipti. Sonu\u00e7 olarak, PP kompoziti daha iyi \u00e7ekme dayan\u0131m\u0131 ve uzama g\u00f6sterdi.
