O desafio do controle do tamanho das part\u00edculas no PCC<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O carbonato de c\u00e1lcio precipitado (carbonato de c\u00e1lcio leve) \u00e9 produzido pela calcina\u00e7\u00e3o do calc\u00e1rio para gerar cal (\u00f3xido de c\u00e1lcio) e di\u00f3xido de carbono, hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o da cal com \u00e1gua para produzir leite de hidr\u00f3xido de c\u00e1lcio, seguida da introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de di\u00f3xido de carbono para precipitar o carbonato de c\u00e1lcio, e posterior desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o, secagem e moagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o processo de carbonata\u00e7\u00e3o, a nuclea\u00e7\u00e3o de cristais e a agrega\u00e7\u00e3o por colis\u00e3o de part\u00edculas s\u00e3o limitadas pelo controle da rea\u00e7\u00e3o e pelas condi\u00e7\u00f5es do meio, causando frequentemente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>part\u00edculas de tamanho excessivo<\/strong> que n\u00e3o atendem \u00e0s especifica\u00e7\u00f5es subsequentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ampla distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do tamanho das part\u00edculas<\/strong> com alta variabilidade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o severa<\/strong> que compromete o desempenho de dispers\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esses problemas t\u00eam limitado a ado\u00e7\u00e3o generalizada do PCC em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es exigentes, como inje\u00e7\u00e3o metal\u00fargica, composi\u00e7\u00e3o de borracha e revestimentos de alto desempenho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a id=\"method1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0693e3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">2. M\u00e9todo 1: Tecnologia de Dispers\u00e3o Ultrass\u00f4nica<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do PCC, a etapa de rea\u00e7\u00e3o de carbonata\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a fase cr\u00edtica para o controle do tamanho e da morfologia das part\u00edculas. forma\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas grandes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A adsor\u00e7\u00e3o de surfactante impediu tend\u00eancias de agrega\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A estrutura de proporcionando uma base melhor para as etapas subsequentes de processamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 Melhoria da aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na produ\u00e7\u00e3o tradicional de PCC, a dispers\u00e3o insuficiente da nuclea\u00e7\u00e3o e a adsor\u00e7\u00e3o interfacial descontrolada durante o crescimento do cristal levam \u00e0 aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas, resultando em m\u00e1 dispers\u00e3o, baixa \u00e1rea superficial espec\u00edfica e desempenho comprometido nas etapas subsequentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
