Se caracteriza por su amplia disponibilidad de materias primas, alta blancura, baja absorci\u00f3n de aceite, buena aplicabilidad y bajo costo. Actualmente, es el producto mineral inorg\u00e1nico no met\u00e1lico en polvo m\u00e1s utilizado y de mayor volumen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La producci\u00f3n de GCC se basa principalmente en tecnolog\u00edas de molienda y modificaci\u00f3n de superficies para fabricar productos que cumplen con los requisitos de finura de diversas aplicaciones. Estos productos incluyen polvo fino, polvo ultrafino, polvo modificado superficialmente (activado) y pulpa ultrafina para la fabricaci\u00f3n de papel, entre otros. Existen m\u00e1s de diez productos especializados de GCC con diferentes niveles de finura y tratamientos de modificaci\u00f3n de superficies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceso y equipo de producci\u00f3n del CCG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomando como ejemplo el GCC para la industria del recubrimiento, el proceso de producci\u00f3n incluye principalmente: lavado y eliminaci\u00f3n de impurezas, trituraci\u00f3n primaria, trituraci\u00f3n secundaria, cribado, molienda y clasificaci\u00f3n, recolecci\u00f3n de producto, tratamiento de superficie y envasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tecnolog\u00eda y equipos de molienda del CCG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, el GCC con un tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula de d97 \u2265 5 \u03bcm se produce principalmente mediante m\u00e9todos secos. Equipado con clasificadores finos internos o externos, puede producir productos ultrafinos con un d97 \u2264 10 \u03bcm. La finura del producto se puede ajustar entre d97 = 5 y 40 \u03bcm, siendo el rango \u00f3ptimo de tama\u00f1o del producto d97 = 10 y 30 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El molino de rodillos es uno de los principales equipos a gran escala para la molienda fina y ultrafina de GCC. Presenta una alta tasa de trituraci\u00f3n y es ideal para producir productos con un rango de d97 de 15 a 45 \u03bcm.
